What is a Pom?

    A Pom is a perfect little bliss bubble of joy.

What are the Poms made out of?

    Most of the pom-poms are polyester. Some of the sparkly pom-poms are acrylic.

Are Poms and pom products eco-friendly?

We take sustainability seriously, and most products are made from recycled, refurbished, or earth-friendly materials. Unfortunately, the source of these poms are *mysterious* and their origins are difficult track. In the meantime, we're always on the look-out for better materials.

How durable is my Pom’d item?

           Short answer: Very. Most items can withstand natural wear and tear. Pom Bottles have even been tested through a wash and dry cycle. If you have any issues with your Pom item, email nora@lepomshop.com and I will see what I can do.

How do I clean my Pom object?

           Due to the fuzzy and lint-attractive nature of the pom-poms, your object will need to be cleaned once in a while. To clean your Pom’d item, simply take an unused toothbrush, or anything with soft, clean bristles, and brush the poms in one direction, removing lint from the brush as needed. Mild soap and water can be used on most items as well. Trim any loose fibers to keep your poms looking fresh.
